In the mixed unit, students from various colleges come together, working tirelessly for the cause of "health, fitness, and well-being." All members are dedicated to promoting overall health, fitness, and well-being through a variety of initiatives: educational programs, fitness classes, nutritional guidance, and mental health support services. Their aim is to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
The unit plans to conduct yoga and meditation sessions for teenagers in schools and slums twice or thrice a month. They have recently conducted a yoga session with specially-abled children, and the unit plans to conduct such sessions twice every month. .
